[Summary]
In order to analyse the brain activity at the time of writing “Frog” by
Mo Yan (1955–), I create a database of medical information contained
in the novel and will explain a metaphor of the synergy called “Mo Yan
and justice”, while considering the story of L comprising the reading
part and the writing part of the brain. It regards justice and equality as
a combination, and I am conscious of the implication compared with
freedom in socialism.
Additionally, this paper pays attention to the asininity that Mo Yan
uses to compile the story. Here, asininity means the gap between men
and women and, in the case of a man, that submission is near, in the
case of a woman, it is unreasonable. The people who committed a
crime cheer themselves up at all times, and the place to pull “Blessing”
of Lu Xun (1881–1936) seems to be a Chinese writer.
